About me
Krista Abel is Bay Area photographer who dedicated her life to beautiful images. Originally from Portland where she obtained a degree in Science, then moved to New York City to attend John Jay. She later mentored under Greg Epstein, am award winning architectural photographer. Through this mentorship she mastered all lighting situations and the ins and outs of the technical aspect of photography.

Krista's passion is capturing the beauty & life in her subjects. Her work has been featured in Readers Digest, Business Insider, Curbed, Dwell, as well as has been featured on the covers of Coastal Estates and Homes Magazine. Krista has been awarded the title of Eliete Photographer from Zillow.

Krista's philosphy is give back to her community and accepts several requests for mentorship a year. You'll often see her with junior photographers teaching on site.
Krista resides in Scotts Valley, California with her amazing son, handsome husband and their two adorable dogs.
